I ordered from solsticesunglasses.com and the sunglasses did arrive in good shape, so that part was fine. But shipping was slow, slow enough that I kept checking the tracking and it barely updated for a few days. That was kind of annoying, honestly. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just definitely not quick. I’d maybe order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry.

"Got the wrong color, lol"
I ordered a pair with black frames, but the brown ones showed up instead. Shipping was totally fine, but the order accuracy was a bit disappointing. I didn’t feel like going through the return process, so I just kept them, lol. Still annoying though.

They looked nice when I first opened them, but cheap they felt a bit. After about a week the frame started getting loose, and one of the lenses already had tiny scratches right out of the box. Not the worst glasses ever, just for the price I wouldn't really buy them again.

The email replies about the exchange were slow, and I had to follow up twice, which made me feel like I might end up losing out or getting stuck with something I didn’t want. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just frustrating and more time-consuming than it should’ve been...

"Helpful service, just a bit slow"
So... I had to reach out to Solstice Sunglasses because my order tracking hadn’t updated in a while and I wasn’t sure what was going on. They didn’t get back to me instantly, it was about a day later, but the person who replied was friendly and seemed to actually look into it instead of just sending a generic response.
They also helped me fix a small issue with my delivery address, which was a relief. It wasn’t a totally perfect experience because of the delay, but overall the customer service was helpful and I’d order from them again

I found these sunglasses for less than what I was seeing on most other sites, so that was a nice surprise. The quality feels decent for the price too. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected, but overall I still think it was a good deal. Did anyone else have the same issue with slow shipping?

Umm, these actually fit my face way better than I thought they would. They’re not too tight on the sides, and they don’t slide down when I’m walking around. I wore them for a few hours and kind of forgot I even had them on

I ordered a pair and right away something felt off. The box, the case, and even the logo didn’t look quite right to me. I checked the serial info too, and it didn’t match what I was expecting. I reached out to support hoping for a simple answer, but they never really gave me a clear one. This should’ve been an easy thing to sort out, but it ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be.
